Good product, good customer service

First of all, the bags are beautifull!!! I have already ordered five bags and one wallet, every single of them is stunning. Some of them was a birthday present and she loves it! Woman around me loves them too!! Second, delivery to Croatia is super fast! First, I got it the fifth day and the next time the 4th day from ordering. I have one suggestion, since most of the bags a relatively small, some more designs in midi size would be great

Very nice handbag with excellent quality and an outstanding design. It arrived in a simple cotton dust bag and included an extra small purse free of charge. Everything was packaged in a cardboard box, with recycled newspapers used as filler, which I appreciated. The only slight disappointment was the delivery by FedEx. The first delivery attempt was made a day earlier than scheduled, and I was notified only one hour in advance, so it failed. The following emails were somewhat confusing, and the tracking information was temporarily unavailable. However, the package was eventually delivered correctly on the original scheduled date.

My absolute new favorite brand for bags - the only negative thing I have to say is they are all so gorgeous, it makes it so hard to choose which one to get!!!

Buying my new purse was easy - the hardest part was choosing the colors I wanted! The website was easy to use (my only suggestion is that you have a photo showing the bag open so I could’ve actually seen what it looked like inside). I was happily surprised by how quickly it arrived. Since there was no one at home when it was delivered, the delivery person sent me a message, letting me know the store where I could pick it up. Very close to our apartment. I went there after I arrived home, the box was big and on the way home, we stopped and sat on a park bench, and I immediately opened the package. I love the colors, the size, the compartments, and I particularly loved that it’s made from recycled materials. And the gift of the small zipper top purse brought a huge smile to my face.

LOve it. Easy to order, arrived fairly quickly, good quality. You take your chances when buying a purse on line since ones needs are so personal. I really like the size and function of this purse.

This is the second time I order the Soruka bags. I already have three and I am waiting for the next 3. I wanted to have different colours. The bads are very pretty, comfortable, perfect quality and price.
