Returns Policy

At Soruka, we strive to provide you with high quality products and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your order, we will provide you with a full refund on all U.S. orders of unworn, unused and undamaged full-priced bags and wallets within 30 days of the order date. Please note, hangtags must still be on the bag or wallet for the return to be accepted. Sale orders are final.

All refunds go back to the original payment method. We will do our best to get your refund processed as soon as possible and we will send you an email when this occurs. Please allow up to 10 business days for your funds to appear back in your account.
